Bruce E. Ellis
Bruce specializes in High Performance Work
Systems and Organizational Development. His primary areas of
focus are sales, marketing, business growth and structure. He has
done extensive work in the technology and telecom sectors with
companies including AT&T, Lucent, Comcast, StorageTek, SBC, Boeing
and Lockheed.
Bruce is a pioneer in the Wireless
Entertainment industry in North America. He was recruited by MASP
AG, Oslo Norway/Bern Switzerland to co-found North American operations
of Mobile Entertainment start up Cellus, USA, Inc. In his role as
Chairman and CEO, he led his team to build Cellus into a well-known
company in the Mobile Content and Management sector, securing contracts
with Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, Wal-Mart, Target, Syniverse, Boost
Mobile, Bell Canada, General Mills, Best Buy, 7-Eleven, BMI Music,
ASCAP, Warner Music, EMI, SONY, Universal and more. After orchestrating
the multi-million dollar acquisition of Cellus, Bruce continues to
maintain a robust executive network in the mobile, music, consulting
and telecom industries.
From 1996 to 2001 Bruce was President of the
Bee Group, Inc., a consulting firm focusing on Organizational Change,
Process Management, Executive and Major Account Selling Models and
Breakthrough Thinking.
Bruce is an active participant and speaker at the
USC Marshall School of Business, Center for Telecom Management.
He enjoys mountain climbing, skiing and golf. He
is past President of the Rocky Mountain Llama and Alpaca
Association and lives in Franktown, Colorado.

David W. Hannegan, Jr.,
Ph.D.
David's expertise is in leadership development, virtual teaming and
building internal capability for change. His leadership development
work is with executives and high-potential employees to develop their
interpersonal and organizational effectiveness, including the use of
360
assessments, to create personal development plans. David has worked
extensively in the virtual team arena—both in team start-up
and team-leader development—to enhance team effectiveness in
a dispersed work environment. His work with companies such as GE
Capital, Sun Microsystems and 3M includes developing cadres of staff
who can either lead quality initiatives or who become certified to
deliver training and consulting internally.
David has held leadership positions in training and organization
development at GE's Leadership Development Institute in Crotonville,
NY, Ernst & Young's Professional and Organization Development
Department and the Colorado Outward Bound School. He received his Ph.D.
and Master's in Speech Communication from the University of Denver and
his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College, NY. David
lives in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

Marte Pendley, Ph.D.
Marte specializes in the area of strategic business transformation. For
over 20 years she has worked with executives, managers and project
teams across industries to successfully implement new strategic
directions. Marte has been engaged in large-scale change efforts
catalyzed by rapid growth, deregulation, mergers and acquisitions,
increased competition, process redesign, technology implementation and
other marketplace challenges. She was instrumental in the design and
development of a Performance Breakthrough Center for Boeing. Marte is
passionate about the synergies to be gained by using communication
strategically in large-scale change and innovation. She has
also conducted extensive research in knowledge management practices and
processes.
Prior to becoming a principal at Destra, Marte held roles as Training
and Management Development Director for The Gap Stores, Inc., Human
Resource Development Director and Corporate Communications Director for
Mervyn's Department Stores and as a senior consultant with The Tom
Peters Group/Learning Systems. From 1991 to 2002 she was President of
her own consulting practice. Marte's clients include Ameritech (now a
division of SBC), AT&T, Barclay's Global Investors, Boeing,
Kaiser Permanente, Pacific Bell, Sybase, Wyeth and others.
Marte holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Systems and a Master's in
Organization Development from the Fielding Institute. She lives in
Denver, Colorado, USA. |

Carole Robin, Ph.D.
Carole has been helping people and organizations in the business,
non-profit and public sector thrive for over 25 years. She specializes
in leadership development, executive coaching and team building,
strategic alignment, facilitation, culture and whole system change and
organizational improvement and decision-making. She has consulted to
organizations ranging in size from start-ups like Fulcrum Microsystems
and Inhale Therapeutics (now publicly traded Nektar) to large systems
like Kaiser Permanente and NASA.
Carole is a former industrial control sales and marketing manager (She
worked for Honeywell and Gould) She has a Ph.D. in Human and
Organization Systems and a Masters
Degree in Organization Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute
and a B.S. in Chemistry from Northwestern University. She has served on
numerous non-profit boards and is the recipient of two Congressional
Awards for Community Service. Carole was raised in Mexico and speaks
fluent Spanish. She resides in Palo Alto, California, USA.
Carole is on sabbatical from Destra having received an expanded
appointment at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for
Academic Year 05-06. She will be designing and teaching classes on
Interpersonal Dynamics, High Performance Leadership and Coaching.
Carole remains a full Destra partner during her sabbatical.

Graeme Newnham - Australia Affiliate
Graeme has been consulting, training, and developing internal
capability using our Change Management, Six Sigma, QFD and Express!
(Destra/client version of GE's WorkOut™) methodologies. His
recent client work has included consulting
with BHP Billiton, Telstra and Australia Post. Graeme has over
25 years of experience in the Organizational Development arena via
Management and Consulting roles in both Human Resources and Sales and
Service. He has a strong background in Training, Development
and Customer Service as well as in managing large, national Sales and
Service Teams.
Prior to joining Destra, Graeme worked in corporate environments
including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Link Telecommunications
and Toyota where his responsibilities included Business Development,
Line Management, Change Management, as well as P&L
responsibilities. He implemented programs that grew sales
volumes and led projects in areas such as customer service
improvements, in-house recruitment, absentee reductions and Trade Union
negotiations. Graeme further enjoyed building, staffing and
managing Call and Contact Centers. Graeme received a
Bachelor’s degree from La Trobe University. He also holds a
Diploma of Education and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.
Graeme lives in Melbourne, Australia.
